If your device is still within the manufacturer's warranty of two years, the repair may be free of charge for you. We check your right to a manufacturer's guarantee as soon as we receive your smartphone, tablet or wearable. If your device is no longer subject to a guarantee, you will receive a cost estimate from us with the costs of the repair for approval.
